A grape variety closely linked to the Colli Orientali del Friuli, that of the ribolla gialla is a vine variety capable of giving wines that are multifaceted and deep, soft and generous. Sirch's interpretation, the result of vinification and subsequent maturation in steel only, leads to a wine that fully identifies with these characteristics. Greatly balanced, it stands out for a freshness that is difficult to find elsewhere. Excellent to accompany appetizers and first courses of earthy cuisine, it is also perfect for pairing with vegetarian cuisine. It is an extremely pleasant Ribolla Gialla: it will allow itself to be fully appreciated from the first sip to the last drop.
Tasting Notes.: It is a beautiful straw yellow to the eye, with light greenish reflections at the glass. The nose opens on scents reminiscent of yellow flowers, secondarily followed by fruity memories of apricot and citrus nuances. The mouth is fragrant and flowing, with good body and persistence.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, Sirch's Ribolla Gialla pairs well with appetizers and earthy first courses. Good with ricotta flan with zucchini.
