Brilliant straw yellow color with golden highlights. The nose opens with a very intense fruitiness of pear and apple, continuing with floral notes of chamomile and very refined wisteria. The finish, persistent and bewitching, leaves great sapidity and freshness in the mouth.

Climate | The weather pattern has been positive at the Remole estate. Spring arrived in April after a March with low average temperatures and heavy rains. Rising temperatures led to earlier bud break. In May, recorded rainfall was higher than the norm for the period, which allowed the plant to store excellent water reserves to better cope with the summer season. In June, the plant consumed greater amounts of water to cope with the high windiness and the onset of flowering, manifested in the first two weeks of June. Temperatures in July and August were very similar to each other and constant with peaks of heat in the last week of July and the first decade of August. The rainfall that fell during these two months allowed the plant not to reach water stress as soil water reserves did not fall below the wilting point. The month of September was characterized by a favorable alternation of temperatures between day and night, which led to the concentration of aromas and the maintenance of a marked total acidity. The 2013 growing cycle was characterized by a series of consistent rainfall events and cool temperatures, which benefited the vegetative development of our vineyards. |
