Our line Quintessenz originates exclusively from the best grapes from our best plots and comes in five varieties: Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Kalterersee and Sweet Yellow Muscat.

Tasting Notes: by ruby red color brilliant. Fruity nose with aromas of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, light hints of almond. Full and savory in the mouth, with soft tannins that give the wine roundness and persistence, fruity finish.

Pairing: pleasant with meals, goes well with appetizers and typical Tyrolean specialties such as speck and sliced meats, try it on white meats and fresh cow's milk cheeses.
