Tasting Notes: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections. The nose is expressed with dominant fruity notes; hints of golden apple and pear stand out in particular. On the palate it is fresh, savory and pleasantly balanced.

Pairings: Also excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with appetizers and fish-based first courses.

Considerations: The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC "Quintessenz" from Kaltern boasts a timeless elegance and, at the same time, a solid character, given also by the maturation, of ten months, in large oak barrels. Attractive and satisfying to sip, it is a white of great quality, inviting refreshment and conviviality.
