Tasting notes: visual examination shows a straw yellow color, with some slight greenish reflections. The aromas on the nose start from floral to develop on citrus notes, where tangerine and lemon stand out. The palate is well structured, aromatic, perfectly balanced. It closes with a persistent finish. Pairings: a bottle that lends itself to drinking both during aperitifs and throughout a meal; it is particularly good with first and second courses based on fish. Also excellent with salads, it is to die for with anchovy crostini.
