The Pinot Noir from La Vis Winery finds on the Avisian Hills the ideal substrate. The northerly winds that descend along the Adige Valley not only ideally dry the grapes, but also produce strong temperature swings that allow the grapes' primary aromas to be fixed.
Tasting Notes: Ripe garnet in color, the Pinot Noir Ritratti is particularly inviting on the nose with floral, fruity and earthy aromas. In the mouth it is lively and enveloping, with hints of black cherries in spirit. Its taste balance makes it a singular and recognizable wine.
Pairings: Meat, Cheeses, Pork, Cold cuts.
