Bright ruby red, the nose is characterized by typical aromas of red berries, cherries and raspberries, and a spicy note of white pepper in the background. The palate convinces with its firm structure and inviting savoriness, delicate tannins, spicy aroma and a fresh, lingering finish.

For the whole meal, it goes well with typical South Tyrolean appetizers, soups and delicate meats.
