The Pinot Grigio is a grape variety of Alsatian origin, cultivated for many years in Trentino. Pinot Grigio "Portraits" is produced in the foothill vineyards of Lavis and Pressano according to the canons of "Progetto Qualità", it has a bright yellow color and slightly golden hues. The nose is intense of well-ripened yellow fruit reminiscent of peach, apricot, almost to the point of trespassing on tropical fruit scents. The fragrant alcoholic notes with nuances of bread crust and acacia honey.
Tasting Notes.: Deep golden yellow in color, Pinot Grigio Ritratti presents an intense bouquet with hints of pear and apricot with a background of flowers and honey. In the mouth, it is soft and enveloping.
