It is with the line of "classics" that Cantina di Terlano expresses the essence ofAlto Adige and its many nuances. White and red wines always characterized by a particular freshness and fragrance, rich in complexity and unique in elegance. Pinot Grigio, of Bordeaux origin, is a wine that is immediately very elegant, with a multifaceted fruity bouquet. Terlan's Alto Adige Pinot Grigio DOC is vinified in purity and in steel tanks only; it expresses itself in the glass with freshness, bewitching the palate with a balanced acidity that lingers even in the aftertaste.

Tasting Notes.Straw yellow, the nose expresses a beautiful bouquet of notes reminiscent of grapefruit, lychee and white melon, flanked by floral aromas that bring to mind a freshly mowed flower meadow. The palate is pleasantly full and soft, fresh and satisfying. It closes with a finish of excellent persistence, on the fruit.

PairingsAlso as an aperitif, it goes well with typicalAlto Adige hors d'oeuvres made with speck, bresaola or venison salami, but also with risottos and vegetable-based first courses.
