L'Etna Bianco DOC of Tornatore impresses with drinkability and lively sip, characterized by vibrant freshness and a fine mineral trail. The grapes are harvested by hand in the town of Castiglione Sicilia, in the Pietrarizzo district, from which this Sicilian Bianco takes its name.
It vinifies in 50 hl oak barrels at a controlled temperature and ages on the lees for about 5 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes: by g colorstraw yellow pale with intense greenish reflections on the eye; pleasant hints of green apple, grapefruit, white peach and aromatic herbs mark the nose of this wine, which shows its true identity on the palate with a very pleasant savoriness and freshness complemented by an extraordinary minerality; exclusive notes that invite the second glass.
Pairings: prime of fish in white; grilled fish; stewed white meats; sushi and sashimi.

Return and Refund
On all purchases made by private customers on www.vinolog24.com is guaranteed the right of withdrawal (according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014) within 30 days of receipt of the order by sending a notice and in the next 30 days must return the goods. Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
