The white wine Opera 2021 Igt Alpi Retiche Bianco is produced dal 2001 to date with the honor and pleasure of toasting the vernissage of the painters who joined the 'initiative of the Mamete winery. Ripe fruits of apricot and apple emerge in the mouth to give way to a nice acidity.
The label of this wine depicts the work of a local artist each year.
Tasting Notes.: from the color brilliant straw yellow. Pleasant hints of ripe fruit ranging from apple to apricot with a mineral finish. In the mouth it is well balanced, fresh and savory.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif or with meat and fish dishes and with fresh or lightly aged cheeses..
