The Terre Siciliane Rosè IGT "Onìris Rosa" 2019 by Duca di Salaparuta is produced using traditional Sicilian grapes grown in estate vineyards. Vinification is carried out in steel at controlled temperature. A wine that tells the story of the youngest and most spirited soul of the island, perfect for convivial moments in the company of friends.
Tasting notes: Soft pink and bright in the glass. On the nose, notes of peach and small red fruits pave the way for scents of citrus and flowers. In the mouth it is lively and fresh, juicy and irresistible.
Pairings: Excellent at aperitif time, it goes well with vegetable omelettes, seafood main courses in sauce and pizza.
