Born from the union of several traditional varieties, chosen according to seasonal trends, this pleasant Terre Siciliane Rosso IGT "Onìris" 2018. Fermentation is carried out in steel, while aging of 5 months in cement.

A perfect red wine for carefree moments, without sacrificing quality.

Tasting Notes.: by. color rruby bone bright with violet hues. Olfactory profile marked by pleasant hints of red fruits, flowers and hints of citrus peel. Elegant and balanced palate enlivened by juicy acidity.

Pairings: versatile at the table, particularly with mixed cured meats and alongside everyday earthy recipes.
