Tenuta Il Bosco's Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Brut DOCG "Oltrenero" is made from pure pinot noir grapes harvested from the estate's vineyards surrounding the winery. The base wine ferments in steel, and bottle fermentation is followed by a rest on the lees for at least 30 months before disgorgement. Intriguing aromas and flavor tension are thepoints strengths of this sparkling wine perfect for any occasion.
Sparkling straw yellow, traversed by fine bubbles. The nose expresses delicate aromas of peach, citrus, custard and sweet almond. Taut and vertical on the palate, supported by distinct minerality.
Taut and mineral, it is excellent with shellfish and in the company of an octopus in tempura.
