Tenuta Il Bosco's Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Brut Rosé Cruasé DOCG "Oltrenero" is made from pure pinot noir grapes harvested in the estate vineyards surrounding the winery. The base wine is kept in contact with the skins for about 6 hours, and bottle fermentation is followed by a rest on the lees for at least 36 months before disgorging. A sparkling wine capable of expressing power and vitality, surprising at every sip.

Onion skin pink color, bright and fine in perlage. Elegantly floral nose with crisp hints of rose and violet, followed by sensations of red fruits, citrus and bread crust. Fresh, savory and creamy on the palate, satisfying in terms of persistence.
