Nizza DOCG is a wine that is the result of the pride of the producers in the Nizza area, who have long fought for the establishment of this appellation. Tenuta Olim Bauda's Riserva certainly does not fear comparison with other Piedmontese wines; aged in French oak for 30 months, it is a rich, complex red with great personality. an excellent expression of its homeland and the great experience of its producers.
Tasting Notes: Purplish red. The nose is particularly intense; it expresses itself with hints of ripe cherries and morello cherries, notes of herbs and hints of spice. The palate is full-bodied, firm and well balanced.
Pairings: Excellent with meaty first courses, it is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
