The territory of Menfi, thanks to its unique characteristics, has been able to accommodate over time a large number of very different varieties. Red and white grape varieties that have found in this area the ideal conditions for perfect ripening, from which Mandrarossa is able to produce wines of great personality and elegance. Nero dAvola for example prefers coastal soils characterized by sand and dunes, the proximity to the sea in fact gives it structure and softness. This is how Costadune was born, a red wine that is the result of vinification in steel tanks only, a perfect companion for the table that stands out for its freshness and taste immediacy.

Tasting notes: Ruby red of good intensity with violet hues. Hints of ripe red berry fruits such as black cherry, plum and red mulberry are perceived on the nose. The palate is characterized by a discreet structure, soft and enveloping, and a pleasant freshness.

Pairings: Throughout the meal, it goes well with cured meats, hard cheeses, roasts, white and red meats, braised meats, battered vegetables.
