It expresses great versatility and great elegance at the same time, offering a sip interpreted in an unusual guise, which sees the prince of the black grape varieties of the South (Aglianico) worked with a white vinification: all this is the "neroametà," Bianco di Campania produced by the "Mastroberardino" winery precisely with pure Aglianico grapes.
It is a White surprisingly eclectic in its combinations at the table, capable of offering a drink as unusual as it is pleasant. To be chosen to accompany legume soups, it is a truly intriguing Aglianico Bianco.
Tasting Notes.: Light straw yellow in color, with light gray and copper highlights at the glass. The nose offers a beautiful bouquet, composed in particular of olfactory hints of lily of the valley and citrus. The taste is fragrant and fresh, good-bodied, mineral and persistent.
Pairings: It meets various gastronomic pairings. It is excellent with bean soups.
