The Terre Siciliane IGT "Nawàri" of the Duca di Salaparuta winery, a pure pinot noir, owes its splendid qualities to the peculiar characteristics of the Etna area and in particular of the Vajasindi Estate, which are ideal for a grape variety of great charm and sensuality, but at the same time difficult, such as pinot noir. "Nawàri," an expression therefore of the land from which it originates, constitutes in the glass a unique experience of rare elegance.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red color with slight garnet reflections. The nose is complex, intense, with notes of small red fruits and elegant hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate it is warm, velvety, with good acidity and structure and tannins present but gentle.

Pairings: Excellent with red meat dishes, also goes well with aged cheeses.
