Guarantee and reliability: this is what comes to mind after sipping this Friuli Aquileia Merlot, which well embodies the most typical aspects that this international grape variety is able to give in Friulian soil. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest stage, vinify in steel, macerating for 8-10 days, and also carrying out malolactic fermentation.
This is followed by aging, carried out for several months in oak barrels. Ca' Bolani confirms, with this bottle, that it knows how to unite, within its very wide range, two concepts that are often different from each other when talking about wine, that is, quantity and quality.
Tasting Notes: Visual examination highlights a typically ruby color, bright and inviting. The bouquet of aromas on the nose is decidedly fruity, with notes reminiscent of small fruits of the underbrush, such as currants and blackberries. The palate is medium-bodied, balanced, with a full sip, characterized by a slightly spicy taste.
Pairings: perfect with roasts, braised and grilled meats, it is also to be tasted with aged cheeses. Absolutely must try with roquefort rib-eye steak.

Return and Refund

Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
