The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest stage, vinify in steel, macerating for 8-10 days, and also carrying out malolactic fermentation. This is followed by aging, carried out for several months in oak barrels. Ca' Bolani confirms, with this bottle, that it knows how to unite, within its very wide range, two concepts that are often different from each other when talking about wine, that is, quantity and quality.

Tasting Notes: Visual examination shows a typically ruby color, bright and inviting. The bouquet of aromas on the nose is decidedly fruity, with notes that refer to small fruits of the underbrush, such as currants and blackberries. The palate is medium-bodied, balanced, with a full sip, characterized by a slightly spicy taste.
