Accornero's Freisa comes from vineyards in the town of Vignale del Monferrato, where the Accornero family follows a vineyard management with organic farming methods, without the use of chemical fertilizers and herbicides, and using only natural fertilizers.

Tasting Notes: To the eye, the wine is bright purple-red. The nose is expressed on notes of ripe red fruits, strawberries and black cherries. On the palate, it develops nicely, showing good structure. Barely noticeable tannins and good counterbalance of freshness. Finish on fruity notes.

Pairings: This Freisa goes well with light appetizers made with meat or vegetables, or with main courses of meat in light preparations. Also excellent with a fish soup.
