Cantine Fina's Terre Siciliane Traminer Aromatico Sauvignon Blanc Kikè comes from the renowned vineyards of beautiful western Sicily. It is made from Traminer Aromatico and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, all harvested and selected by hand in September. After fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for a first period in stainless steel tanks and then for a further 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes.: It is characterized by a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant and fresh aromatic bouquet. It is pleasantly harmonious and refined on the palate.
Pairings: It is perfect with seafood risottos and is excellent with crispy fried fish and grilled fresh fish.
