Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red with garnet hues. The nose is expressed with typical hints of small red fruits and notes of vanilla. The palate reveals good structure, lively tannins and excellent taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: Excellent with main courses of red meat, goes well with Mediterranean dishes.
Considerations: Kaltern's Alto Adige DOC "St. Magdalener - Gröbner" comes from hillside vineyards, located between 300 and 450 meters above sea level, in the classic St. Magdalener area of Bolzano. Matured in large oak barrels for 7 months, it hints in color at the kaleidoscopic skies of summer sunsets and gives a joyful sip, where body and suavity blend wonderfully.
