The territory of Menfi, thanks to its unique characteristics, has been able to accommodate over time a large number of very different varieties. Red and white grape varieties that have found in this area the ideal conditions for perfect ripening, from which Mandrarossa manages to produce wines of great personality and elegance. Grillo for example prefers coastal soils characterized by sand and dunes, its proximity to the sea in fact gives it pleasantness, intensity and minerality. This is how this damn white was born, the result of vinification in steel tanks only, a perfect companion as much for an aperitif as for a nice evening with friends.
Tasting Notes.: Straw yellow with vivid greenish highlights. The nose expresses an intense and vibrant bouquet with hints of Sicilian fruit and citrus, medlar and grapefruit, and hints of basil. On the palate a discreet savoriness and freshness make it an intense and pleasant wine, excellent for any occasion.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables, legume potage, white meats.
