The Gewurztraminer "Portraits" of the Trentino winery La-Vis is produced from a vine grown near the hills of Pressano, a hamlet of the municipality of Lavis: here the soil is mainly loamy-loamy and this allows the vine to take in all the nutritional elements it needs. Following manual harvesting, which takes place in September, the grapes undergo soft pressing with subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. This is followed by aging on the skins for about 6 to 7 months: this very delicate phase takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques. Finally, bottling takes place.

Tasting Notes: On organoleptic examination, it has a luminous yellow color, with intense olfactory notes evoking flowers and yellow flesh fruits. The palate is striking for its savory streak.

Pairings: Especially good with fish appetizers, tempura and white meats. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a tapered goblet.
