Galestro 2021 Igt Toscana Bianco - Ruffino

Dynamic and well-balanced, Ruffino's "Galestro" is a white that was created in the 1970s to meet the needs of a younger and younger public that was looking for a wine capable of combining finesse and freshness, not excessively alcoholic. Trebbiano, malvasia and chardonnay are vinified and then left to mature in large temperature-controlled steel tanks, an ideal container to preserve its natural fragrance.

Tasting Notes.: Straw yellow, the nose gives beautiful floral and fruity notes reminiscent of wild flowers, apple and pear. On the palate it is fragrant, fresh, characterized by good balance and a pleasant citrus aftertaste. Of good persistence.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, accompanies appetizers and vegetable-based first courses such as velvety soups, white meats, soft cheeses.
