Insolia grapes meet the viognier varietal to come together in a balanced and precious union. The Sicilia Insolia Viognier DOC "Ficiligno" from the winery. Baglio di Pianetto has a variegated, fresh, pleasant and savory bouquet. It rests in steel and sees cuvée blending about a month before bottling. It is excellent and expressive: a must try.
Tasting Notes.: by. yellow colorstraw-colored with greenish highlights. On olfactory examination it initially releases floral notes, immediately followed by hints of fresh exotic fruits, such as mango and pineapple. It has good body, is harmonious and balanced, excellent in persistence.
Pairings: acompanies fish-based cuisine preparations. Try it with linguine with clams.

Vinification | Grapes harvested by hand in crates are immediately transported to the winery, and after further sorting, destemming and cold pressing are carried out to allow the maceration in the press. Fermentation of the individual masses takes place separately and is deferred in time for the different harvest eras. Each one lasts more or less 20 days in stainless steel tanks, within which maturation is prolonged for 4 months, at a controlled temperature, thus promoting a natural decanting of the fermentation waste. |

Return and Refund

Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
