The great classic of the Irpinian territory, a denomination that is experiencing a second youth thanks to a unique finesse and complexity. Traits, these, that impose Fiano di Avellino among the most important Italian white wines not only for the natural elegance it is able to express but also for its extraordinary longevity. A vintage wine, whose vinification takes place in steel and which is left to refine in the bottle for a few months before its release.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow, the nose expresses hints of pear, toasted hazelnut, citrus and aromatic herbs. A fine olfactory profile, opening to a taste of appreciable delicacy, good body and excellent balance. Closes on floral and roasted hazelnut notes, with excellent persistence.
Pairings: Also as an aperitif, it goes well with soups, seafood, fish and not too elaborate white meat dishes.
