The Cuvée is a great expression of the winery's quality, elegance and finesse Nino Negri. Produced in small quantities since 1979, it is dedicated to Carlo Negri, son of the founder and among the first Italian oenologists. It is made with the classic method and processed directly in the Chiuro cellars.
Tasting notes: by golden yellow color intense and brilliant, in the glass it presents a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers distinct hints of bread crust, white-fleshed fruit and small berries, with light hints of herbs in the background. In the mouth it is characterized by an elegant fresh-sappy sip, with excellent length and persistence.
Pairings: Fresh, pleasant and versatile, "Cuvée Negri" is perfect as an aperitif but also to accompany an entire meal of fish and not too elaborate preparations.
