Synthesis between the classic method, which involves a long stay of the wine on its own yeasts, and the Martinotti method (o Charmat), characterized by relatively fast fermentation, the method used at Cesarini Sforza makes for particularly fragrant and balanced sparkling wines. A particular process of refermentation in tank, longer than normal, capable of leading to particularly fresh wines without losing depth. This is how a line intended for less committed consumption was born, characterized by an extraordinary relationship between quality and price. The "Cuvée Brut Riserva", obtained thanks to a careful selection of the best grapes of chardonnay of the territory, is indeed expressed in the glass with great finesse. The Charmat Method "Cuvée Brut Riserva" of Cesarini Sforza is a pleasant and harmonious sparkling wine, ideal for every occasion and for every moment of the day.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow, with a very fine perlage. The nose expresses beautiful fruity and slightly floral aromas enhanced by a slight mineral note. Dry, balanced and harmonious on the palate, characterized by a decisive freshness and a finish of good persistence.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies hors d'oeuvres based on cured meats and cheeses. Try it with a mixed fry, including seafood.
