Pure Cabernet Sauvignon to measure Castellare's production capabilities with the rest of the world. Work in the vineyard and winemaking to achieve more elegance than power. A result that, beyond the strong Cabernet branding, illustrates well the characteristics of the terroir. Intense ruby red. The aromas are intense and complex, of blackberry, currant, blueberry, cherry, plum and date to which are joined by floral notes of violet and rosehip. In the mouth it is warm, soft, intense and velvety, with fine, silky tannins well blended into the structure. The finish is long and persistent with a decidedly fruity aftertaste.
