On the border between the Colli Orientali del Friuli appellation and Slovenia, at an elevation of more than three hundred meters above sea level, we encounter the ancient village of Cladrecis, where the rows from which Sirch winery's Bianco is made are located. A blend of native Friulian and international riesling, it is processed exclusively in steel, and left to mature for about a year before being bottled. It is a white with an easygoing, varietal sip, rich in fruit and then shot through with those savory-mineral connotations that only Friulian soils can give grapes. It's perfect to uncork for a nice dinner with friends: you're sure to make everyone happy.
Tasting Notes: Complex and harmonious supported by elegant acidity, mineral and savory. The richness of tropical fruit and dried fruit blend with creamy notes of pastry in lingering sensations of elegance
Pairings: Especially good with fish dishes, white meats and cheeses. Cream, berry and lemon desserts. Tops with salmon
