Cafaggio produce un Chianti Classico made from only Sangiovese grapes, produced on the estate's own land surrounding the winery located in Panzano in Chianti in the heart of the "Conca d'Oro," one of the symbols of Tuscan winemaking. The vineyards are raised according to the principles of organic cultivation.
Tasting notes: rich garnet color with ruby red hues. The nose has delicate spices, ripe plums, blackberries, leather and a touch of vanilla. The palate is direct, with a firm grip, accompanied by surprising acidity leading to a long finish.
