An elitist DOCG reserve, which originates from the best bunches of Sangiovese carefully selected by the team of Castello di Albola Within eight parcels of different vineyards, each capable of bringing the right nuance to the final product. The grapes, after the collection, vinifying in steel, fermenting and macerating on the skins.
Tasting notes: presents itself to the sight with a ruby color, compact and decisive. The range of perfumes that develops on the nose recalls well -ripe fruit notes, alternating with sensations of tobacco, licorice and sweet spices. On the palate it is large, round and wicked, with a sip in perfect balance, characterized by a long closure.
Combinations: It is particularly accompanied by second courses based on red meat. Also perfect with seasoned cheeses, it gives its best with polenta and wild boar.

A Chianti Classic DOCG precise and punctual, in which body and structure never remove anything with elegance and drinkability: thus this label is presented by Castello di Albola, Tuscan estate owned by the family Zonin. The grapes, after the collection, vinifying in steel, fermenting and macerating on the skins.
Tasting notes: it reveals itself to the sight with a ruby red color, crossed by light grenade reflections in the nail. The nose is fine and thin, with a carpet of fruity notes from which a clear reference to the viola Mammola emerges. To the tasting is of medium, round and balanced body, with a dry sip and a silky tannic plot, perfectly integrated.
Combinations: perfect for salami, red meats, risotto with meat and cRoast and grilled tools.

Return and Refund

The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
