"The Selections" of La Vis Winery are the result of the zoning project that has guided the winery's production philosophy for more than 30 years. Elected zones, vineyards vocated and production excellence temper unique wines capable of expressing the best interpretation of the Avisian Hills. Once upon a time on the hill of Pressano stood a gloomy and uninhabited farmstead. The frightened inhabitants called it the "house of the Diaol" or, "the house of the Devil." Here is born today a Chardonnay golden with definite green hues, with an intense and intriguing olfactory profile. Scents of yellow plum and nectarine alternate with mineral and brackish hints. The sip is taut and gritty, sapidity and crispness stand out. The finish is rich and persistent.
Tasting Notes.: Straw yellow with green hues. Pleasant aroma with fruity notes of Golden apple and pineapple. The flavor is full and pleasantly harmonious.
Pairings: Fish, Shellfish, Cheese, Poultry, Lean fish, Vegetarian.
