Chardonnay 2022 Doc Friuli Aquileia - Ca' Bolani

This Friuli Aquileia Chardonnay made by Ca' Bolani is a Friulian white that drinks with great pleasantness, in which the sip is never tiring, but rather punctually enveloping. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, vinify in steel, where they rest for a few months, until it is time to proceed with bottling operations. A very versatile white, always to have on hand to indulge in a bottle of quality.

Tasting Notes: It reveals itself to the eye with a hue reminiscent of straw yellow, crossed by flashes of more greenish. The range of aromas that envelops the nose is orchestrated around notes of white-fleshed fruit, from which nuances of rennet apple and Kaiser pear emerge, enhanced by touches of aromatic herbs. In the mouth, it has a firm entry and a smooth body, from which a nice acid shoulder emerges. It finishes with a lingering finish characterized by a fruity aftertaste.

Pairings: Ideal with vegetable dishes, it also goes well with fish-based main courses, cooked with delicate preparations. Excellent with a vegetarian couscous.
