Fina's Chardonnay is the result of an international grape variety that expresses itself in an entirely unique way under the influence of the Sicilian terroir in which it originates. It is made solely from grapes of the Chardonnay variety, which are harvested by hand in August. Fermentation takes place in barriques and so does aging, which lasts for 6 months on yeast lees. Aging is completed in the bottle where the wine rests for another 6 months before release.
Tasting Notes: A wine with an intense straw yellow color, it opens on the nose with hints of vanilla and ripe fruit, among which cedar and apricot prevail. In the mouth it is ample and warm, pleasantly structured, with a long and elegant taste persistence.
Pairings: Perfect with fish soup or white meats, it pairs ideally with medium-aged cheeses.
