Made from Nero d'Avola grapes vinified in purity, the Sicilia Nero d'Avola IGT Cembali, from the winery Baglio di Pianetto, has a strongly evocative name, recalling the refinement and elegance of the sound of the ancient musical instrument of the same name. So is Sicilia Nero d'Avola DOC Cembali: the flagship label of the winery that produces it, it rests for a long period in small, unroasted oak barrels and large casks. It expresses an important personality and fully reflects the peculiarities of Nero d'Avola grown in the Noto area.

Tasting Notes.: by. color rruby bone intense. Has a complex olfactory bouquet, composed initially of aromas of underbrush fruit and spicy hints, which are succeeded by balsamic nuances and hints of ripe cherry. Robust, warm and firm on the palate, persistent and slightly savory on the finish.

Pairings: Requires pairing with meat dishes and noble poultry. Excellent with roast goose with sweet and sour peppers.
