One of the secrets of Mandrarossa has to do with the continuous research aimed at enhancing the real Menfi. This is how the line dedicated to the most territorial wines was born, those that more than any other are able to tell the unique characteristics of this beautiful area of Sicily.
Tasting Notes: by. ruby red color intense with deep violet hues. The nose expresses fragrances reminiscent of plum and plum jam, hints of herbs and spices such as thyme and licorice. The palate is structured, intense and harmonious in an excellent combination of tannins and wood aromas. Of good persistence.
Pairings: throughout the meal, it goes well with breaded lamb chops with herbs and roasted potatoes with rosemary.
