An extraordinary wine, capable of marking the boundaries of where Verdicchio can go. A reserve obtained from fermentation and subsequent maturation for a year in small French oak barrels. La structure is important, the aromas and flavors are intense and the longevity is exceptional for a white, on the level of the greatest international wines. The grapes destined for San Sisto come only from a careful selection made in the vineyard of the same name

Tasting notes: Deep straw yellow, with golden reflections that appear after a few years of bottle aging. Intense, complex bouquet, in which the fruity scents blend harmoniously and elegantly with those of vanilla and peanut butter characteristic of the stay in oak. Firm, round, full and persistent flavor.
Pairings Can be paired with both fish and white meats, as long as they are prepared according to savory and minimally structured recipes. Perfect with sage chicken in yogurt sauce.
