It is a thoroughbred Cannonau: it is Cannonau di Sardegna "Mustazzo," labeled "Sella & Mosca." A red wine of Sardinia that comes to us directly from the fulcrum of the island, where, at more than 600 meters above sea level, the strong temperature ranges between day and night are useful to enhance all the best intrinsic peculiarities of the grapes. To complete the picture, the hand of man intervenes with a vinification with maceration on the skins and aging spent partly in wood and partly in cement. The sum of all the addendums proposes to us as a result a red wine that is powerful and gentle at the same time, distinguished by a fleshy, extraordinary, long and never predictable sip. It is a fabulous Cannonau.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red is the color to the eye. On the nose, nuances of blackberry and berries in general are followed by hints of myrtle and spices. The drink is dynamic and rhythmic, fleshy and well present in the tannic texture, fresh, savory and long lasting.
