The Cabernet Sauvignon "Doss" by. Girlan is part of the line the winery has designed to bring out the best in wines made from grapes from the best vineyards in the Alto Adige area. Particularly pronounced aromas and a tempered, captivating elegance are sought after. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come partly from vineyards located in the hills of Oltradige, at an elevation of 450-500 meters above sea level and well ventilated, and partly from vineyards in the Bassa Atesina, planted on sandy, deep and warm soils.

Tasting notes.: by. ruby red color clear. The nose is intense and complex. References to underbrush fruit, ripe fruit and spices are well perceptible. The palate is soft, round and enveloping, with beautiful persistence and connoted by fine and intriguing tannins.

Pairings: excellent with stewed red meat, sliced and cured meats, game, roasted and grilled meat, pasta with meat sauce.
