Ca' Brione is a mountain white wine born in 1986. The geological origin of the soil dates back to the collision of the African and European plates, which gave rise to the the Alps.

Tasting notes: by straw yellow color with green reflection. Intense floral bouquet with hints of elderflower and locust; hints of white-fleshed fruit, peach and ripe pear; spices reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs and a faint reminder of pastry. The mouthfeel is full with great acid harmony and natural minerality on the finish.

Pairings: Perfect with raw fish and shellfish, not too savory cold cuts, goat cheese and young cheeses, white meats and mushrooms.
