Baglio di Pianetto's Terre Siciliane Rosé IGT "Baiasyra" recalls in its name the charming bay of the village of Marzamemi, close to the estate, where in the evening the sky turns pink. Made from pure syrah grapes and aged in steel tanks for 4 months, it is a Rosé with an intoxicating bouquet and a strongly Mediterranean character, ideal for brightening summer evenings.
Tasting Notes: Soft pink, with peachy undertones. The nose is expressed with hints of citrus, fig and pomegranate and floral notes of rose. On the palate, it reveals itself fresh, silky and with very pleasant flavor.
Pairings: Excellent with cured meats, vegetable-based first courses and stewed and baked fish, it also goes very well with pizza.
