The nebbiolo grapes, from which the Barolo Ginestra DOCG "Casa Maté" by Elio Grasso, were harvested from vineyards forty years old. After fermentation, which was carried out in steel and at a controlled temperature, the wine matured in Slavonian oak barrels for about thirty months.
Tasting Notes.: by. ruby red color with garnet reflections at the glass. It lets you perceive a persuasive and complex olfactory bouquet, in which ripe red and black fruit is enhanced by deep spicy scents, hints of tobacco, and balsamic and mineral notes. The sip is elegant, characterized by excellent tannins, savory and vibrant. The persistence is also excellent.
Pairings: perfect for the most important and formal occasions, it is ideal to pair with truffle woodcock.

Return and Refund
On all purchases made by private customers on www.vinolog24.com is guaranteed the right of withdrawal (according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014) within 30 days of receipt of the order by sending a notice and in the next 30 days must return the goods. Send an email to info@vinolog24.com in which you state that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating your name and the relevant order number. The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, and in the exact same condition in which they were delivered by the courier. You can send the goods back in any way and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you use the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
