The Barolo Riserva 10 years by Bel Colle was born in the municipality of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the appellation Barolo. At the end of the harvest, the best bunches are fermented with a 15-day maceration on the skins. Then the wine ages for about 5 years in Allier oak barrels and finishes aging in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: It is garnet in color, with a bouquet of dried red flowers, raspberry, morello cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.
Pairings: Pair with game and braised or roasted meats.
