Of this Barbera of the Monferrato DOC "Villa Sparina” we like the perfect drinkability, thanks to the freshness in excellent balance with the softness we find in our hands a wine of great pleasantness. Made from grapes barbera in purity, grown on clay and limestone soils, harvested when fully ripe and vinified according to the traditional method. A wine that tells a story, sip after sip.
Tasting Notes.: It dresses a ruby red color lively and bright, typical of the varietal. The nose is intense and of good complexity, opening with notes of red fruit, cherry and small fruits, especially raspberry juicy and sweet. The palate is soft and fresh, a gentle mouthfeel and a very persistent finish and dangerously inviting.
Pairings: An excellent wine for the whole meal, it goes well with charcuterie dishes, or rich first courses. Also perfect with mixed grills.
