Montalbera La Briosa is a lively and fresh sparkling red wine made from pure Barbera d'Asti and Barbera grapes. Vinified in red with refermentation in autoclaves, it is aged in steel tanks and later in the bottle.
Tasting notes.: Bright ruby red color in the glass, the nose exudes lively typical hints of jam, berries and ripe cherries. The sip is very pleasant, invigorating, with good body and excellent structure.
Pairings: This is the ideal wine to pair with cooked vegetable and legume dishes with fresh pasta. Try it with a board of aged cheeses and with scaldatelli al vino..
