The territory of Piedmont lives on through the story of its most representative and iconic products, such as Barbera d'Alba DOC, which, in Renato Ratti's "Battaglione" label, features the classic acidity expected of this native grape variety. The grapes ferment alcoholically at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C in steel; then follows the aging phase, carried out in small French oak barrels for several months. The ideal bottle to always play it safe.
Tasting Notes.: Visual examination shows a bright and lively ruby red color. The olfactory spectrum revolves around firm notes of well-ripened plum, alternating with spicy nuances. In the mouth it is full-bodied, round and full on the sip. It finishes with a long finish.
