The Barbaresco by Bel Colle is born in vineyards particularly suited for the growth of Nebbiolo grapes. At the end of harvesting operations, the best bunches are fermented with a 10-day maceration on the skins. Subsequently, the wine ages for about 24 months in oak barrels and ends its aging with 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: It has a garnet color and a bouquet of red flowers, raspberry, morello cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.
Pairings: Pair with game, braised or roasted meats.
